A hidden vegetarian restaurant known for its stinky tofu, one of a few rare specialties. No English signboard or menu, just Chinese; if you don't speak the language, point at the pictures. Set meals come with rice, pickles, one type of mock meat, fried tofu, and fried veggies or a clear soup. Air conditioned. Relocated from 252, Street 143. Reported closed January 2023.

Good value, cheap, no English spoken or on menu

I am assuming the description is correct and it's all vegan. I had a 2.5 USD dish of rice with fried tofu and pickled veggies. Enjoyed it and will come back.

Pros: Extensive menu

Cons: No English spoken, No English on the menu. I used Google translate.

Great Chinese cuisine loaded with tofu and tofu based mock meat - eatery

Location is as per HC pointer however the access to the place is bit tricky - look for roofed area with side door and restaurant name over.
Communication in English is quite limited but photos in the menu helps a lot. Food mainly Chinese seems 100% vegetarian with a lot of vegan options. Overal good quality food and with no or very little MSG - based on my subjective opinion. Definitely will back there to try more items from the quite extensive menu.
I have tried as well famous stinky tofu - wasn't stinky as I'm used to ;).
