Carte blanche raffinée quasi gastronomique (English below) - Edit
Chef très compétent sur la question de la cuisine végétale, il anime notamment des masterclass sur ce thème. Le soir, le restaurant est uniquement en carte blanche, c'est-à-dire que le menu est une surprise du chef. On peut signaler des allergies éventuelles. Le menu végétal à 70 euros comprend une mise en bouche, deux entrées, un plat et un dessert. Point particulier à relever : le seitan maison. Véritable expérience gastronomique avec un travail conséquent sur les saveurs.

The vegan menu is 70 euros with three starters, a main dish and a dessert. To notice : home made seitan. Beautiful experience with a lot of work on the flavors.

In the end: big disappointment! We threw away half of our dishes, which never happens to us. Both dishes were very bland, fatty and uninteresting. I don't understand their reputation at all.
