Average coffee, sent away for food - Edit
Strange but I was just sent away to the vegan place (Evergreen) when I asked for the vegan options on their menu! Large Cappuccino QAR 23 with Oat Milk Extra QAR 9 = QAR 32 was not so tasty > would rather pay QAR 1 more and get the same coffee with better quality at Costa Coffee near D3 gate (if heading that way).

Good option for a delicious freshly made snack - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu and others can be changed on request. We caused some confusion at first when we asked for the meze platter to be veganized, but a different staff member was able to understand perfectly what we wanted. Staff was very friendly and they only charged us for a small platter as we went without the cheese dishes. The food was delicious, I do eat falafel, tabouleh, humus and baba ghanoush often and these were top tier, with smoked Aubergine, lots of herbs and freshly made. The price was perfectly reasonable for an airport Restaurant, we paid about 25€ for a starter platter and two large drinks. Admittedly, we were not stuffed afterwards, but it is a great option for a freshly made, delicious snack in between flights.

Several vegan options, airport prices - Edit
Had to change flights at Doha airport and was happy to have some vegan restaurant options. I decided on this Lebanese restaurant. The lentil soup was good and if your appetite is not too big it will fill you.
Read moreInside the restaurant you don't see much of the airport hectic. The music selection could be better though. 80 love songs...
Cons: A bit pricey

Not bad for an airport - Edit
My experience of trying to find vegan food at an airport is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I've asked at so many counters in so many airports and often met with blank stares. Or I've run around the airport trying to find a Happy Cow listing only to discover it's not airside, non existent, got lost, or a listing is closed on that day. Often ending up with a bag of nuts or crisps.

Lots of vegan items on the menu, but watch out the breakfast menu had the VE and VG mixed up on that menu and the vegetarian items were marked as vegan and vice versa. This led to a confusing time with ordering, so we just played it safe and followed the server's suggestion to order the falafel, hummus and flat bread from the main menu which was labelled correctly. All was tasty, only wish the bread had been served warm instead of cold.
All in all awarding this place 3 stars for the vegan items that are available.

Vegan options in a colourful output at Doha airport - Edit
This good outlet, has a clearly labelled menu. I opted for sine mezze, which was very enjoyable. Nice decor too. Ideal for some quick food in the airport.

The bread is not vegan - Edit
I asked for the vegan options that include flat breads, but was notified that all bread contains milk.

They get their bread from wooden bakery. I saw the bread bag and it listed the ingredients: wheat water salt and yeast. The facility produces other products with milk for people with allergies to be careful. Trust me 😃

We had the same confusion, we were also asked if we wanted to eat dishes without milk products because we were allergic or because of veganism, so I believe they don't serve the bread to people who cannot eat dairy for allergy reasons as it may contain traces of it, but it's not an ingredient.
