The tacos at Como Se Taco rock! Seven gourmet tacos are offered and three can be made vegan. The international flavors come with the choice of tofu as a protein. Choose One Night without sour cream; Limas without avocado; and Seoul Food with plain rice. The tacos can be served as a rice bowl or a salad. Fresh salsa and fried chips are available. The seating area is small but take out is available. This is an exciting and delicious new option in Lincoln.
