Go somewhere else if you can. - Edit
I know this is more like a fast-food chain but the food is not that tasty or interesting. It looked like something I would prepare at home if I had little time to cook. Not that you can't do good things with little time, but at least my dish was really dry, just a plain burguer with white rice and fries, not even a simple salad or sauce were included in the menu (as I thought it would be). Just go somewhere else if you have the opportunity.
Pros: Fast service
Cons: The food is not interesting or tasty, Expensive menu for what it offered

Vegetarian fast food - Edit
This place is vegetarian, but unfortunately not very vegan-friendly. When I went there, they had exactly one vegan dish available (hamburger with fries and salad).
Everything else had eggs or dairy products. The french fries came actually from their non-vegetarian sister restaurant that is next to it, so I am not 100 % sure as to whether they were truly vegan or possibly fried in the same fat as animal products (but I noticed that too late).
Close to the restaurant, there are some more non-vegetarian restaurants (Sandwich company, Vitaminas and Subway), that have at least as many vegan options available, so if comida&volta do not have anything on the day you go there, you might find some alternatives there)
Pros: Vegetarian, Cheap
Cons: Not many vegan options, Not exactly health food

Acceptable - Edit
It's not bad, but isn't amazing. It's just a normal restaurant. Don't expect much if you are going there. There are much better veg restaurants in Porto but it fits if you are near that place and you just want to eat.
Pros: Price
Cons: Not so tasty.

not bad - Edit
i remember not being so impressed with this place but i dont remember much. my partner has been many times and she enjoys it a lot! in my opinion i have to point out that the location is awful (in a shopping centre) and definitely there are much better options in porto but if you are around this area this is always an option!
Pros: fast service, many choices on the menu
Cons: location
