Delicious Tom Yum pizza, other eggless options - Edit
Some of the vegetarian restaurants in Kwun Tong close early. I came across Comfy by Chef's Stage on Happy Cow when looking for dinner places.

We had a pumpkin and quinoa salad with honey balsamic, a tom yum pizza, a detox smoothie, and a citrus lemon & lime soda.
The food came in about 10 minutes. The servings were a good size.
It's not completely vegetarian, but they have eggless pizza and pasta.
I really liked the tom yum pizza – it was spicy and flavourful!
I'll definitely come back to try other things on the menu.
Pros: Decent portions, Friendly staff, Yummy food

If only they cut off the dairy on most of the vegetarian dishes, could have been perfect to have plenty of options.
