Very local, very cheap, very busy

Start with a plate of rice and load up. Very fun and busy and everyone stares at you if you’re not local (in my experience). Highly recommend. Fast and dirty and authentic

Pros: Cheap, Lots of options, Serve yourself

Cons: No English. You will look dumb and pathetic, Someone *might* help you
