Lucky find - Edit
We found this place while driving around town looking for dinner. The owner, a friendly older woman, speaks no English but showed us pho and instant noodle for us to choose. Not sure if she usually serves other food, it was kinda late already. Our noodle soup tasted good and the portion was big. 25000 per person.
