Banh xeo-pan cake is the best - Edit
Good range of VNese food with reasonable price. If you love pan cake with lots of green vegetable, it's a place for you. Other food is also ok. It's at the corner of Dao Duy Anh-Ho Van Hue, near Tan Son Nhat airport and White Palace convention center.
Pros: non smoking, air condition, good value
