Already a local

Established Coffee roaster colour dot takes over a merewether local.

Their lil brother "Frothers" on glebe road is a fantastic café and with a little more room, colour dot coffee is already going to Excel in the Merewether cafe space.

A full espresso coffee offering.
Smoothies.
Batch brew filter coffee on rotating single origin coffee roasts.

Food menu was similar to frothers but expanded with the larger kitchen capacity.

I had the vegan broccolini toastie with home made cashew cheese.

Also the miso roasted pumpkin toastie with the vegan cashew cheese instead of feta.

Both were fantastic.

Nate, the owner and his crew are hospitality stalwarts ❤️
