Awesome independent small business - Edit
Colline's are not vegetarian and they are not a pop up. They have a permanent venue and do usually serve one or two meat options. The majority of their menu is vegetarian and vegan though, they always have vegan cakes and coffees too. Their menu changes every week and has a different theme each time. All the food I've had at Colline's has been gorgeous and they are a small, local, independent company who also work with and support lots of other small local businesses. They are a fantastic coffee or lunch option, especially if you want to avoid all the big chain companies on the highstreet.

Lovely place - Edit
Been here a couple of times, once for coffee and cake and another time for the Buddha bowls. All were amazing and in a really nice setting next to the canal (even nicer in the sun!). The Buddha bowls change every couple of weeks. There are always vegan options available. I will definitely return and will try and remember to take photos next time!

Great restaurant, looking forward to coming back again - Edit
Took us a while to look for the restaurant after finally finding it we were a bit concerned about the space but instead they warmly welcomed us and went through the menu with us, the food was really nice and i enjoyed the coffee, especially the turmeric latte. The avocado toastie was really nice and the vegan desserts seemed delicious too.
