Not a great experience - Edit
Not a huge vegan selection. They had a vegan pain au chocolat, which was okay. The sourdough bread is good.

The staff were not very helpful and even a bit rude. They made fun of customers behind their backs.

Small selection, good croissant - Edit
The vegan selection isn't huge. However, it's probably the best place in town for high quality french style vegan croissants. They supply bread for Roots, so you can get their products at different locations closer to the city center.

One sandwich, one cinnamon roll, two croissants. Problematic seating - Edit
The salty selection wasn't that impressive with just one sandwich - but it was actually very creative with vegan cream cheese and fermented (?) carrots. You can also get a plain and jam filled croissant plus a cinnamon roll - nice. The seating situation is a little problematic, though, with few seats inside and a lack of shade on the outside.
