OK when you are out of choices - Edit
I went to Cojean - Laffitte last Monday because the other place I was targeting (5 Lorette, not far from there) was closed. The place is OK, there are vegan options which are clearly marked, but it's very... "cold": you stay in the queue, you place your order, they bring you your food, you eat and you go away. Also, it was full of people eating alone during their work-lunch-break... so it's OK, but not amazing. It's fairly cheap, you can eat with 10 euros.
Pros: Cheap, Vegan&Vegetarian options clearly marked
