Tasty and healthy - Edit
We ordered the pastries and the plate of the day with tofu. The pastries only came out as 2 pieces unlike the photos online, so you should clarify how many you want. The plate of the day seems to generally come with a lentil stew, rice, side salad, and fried vegetables. Everything was freshly prepared and seasoned very well. A very good portion size for the price too!

A Fully Vegan, Gluten-Free Spot - Edit
This spot is unique because it’s the only place on the island that’s entirely vegan and also completely gluten-free. Everything on the menu is homemade, from the tofu to the almond biscottis. I had the falafel balls for lunch, and they were tasty, light, and crunchy, with a delicious flavor.

Great vegan experience - Edit
Went there for lunch and it was a great experience: the owner is friendly and helpful, the whole place is peaceful and relaxed - and on top, they serve really tasty food. We definitely recommend it ... so glad to find it after many poor vegan experiences in Mindelo ... Just wish that we had discovered the place before and not only on our last day here ...

We ordered a takeaway ‘kit’ with homemade burgers, snacks, sweet potato fries, hummus and green sauce. Everything was delicious! It is amazing to see a place like this in S. Vicente island. It is the only vegan place #Veganuary

Very helpful staff, tasty snacks - Edit
Nice little takeaway place that just opened recently. At first, I struggled to find the place but the staff was really helpful. I got the pastéis and the cookies, they were both very tasty. Pastéis come in frozen so you can keep them to eat throughout your stay.
