Not a lot of vegan options in this airport so it works - Edit
They didn’t have any nondairy milks when I was there but the little hummus/pita boxes and sweet potato/fried boxes were much better than the nothing offered elsewhere

They have at least two options for main meals, perhaps some other vegan food among snacks and drinks, and at other times. The food is labeled with images for egg, pork, chicken or only plant-based ingredients. So it's easy to identify even if you don't know Korean.
Read moreI do not recommend to come here for food in the evening. When I got here around 6pm, the chickpeas in my salad were already spoiled and the vegetables did not taste fresh. It tasted bad. But I was in a rush, so I couldn't tell staff. They had also run out of icecubes, so no cold drinks were available.
I'm only listing this because it's hard to find vegan food in this area of the airport at all. Hope other people have better experiences than me...
The store I went to is located in Terminal 1 but in the Concourse area (accessible only after taking the shuttle train). The closest gates are number 121 and 122.
There are a couple of chains of Coffee@Works on Incheon Airport, on terminal 1, concourse and terminal 2.
Pros: Labeled vegan options
Cons: Salad and chickpeas not fresh, Fried tofu was soggy and tasted stale

Great spot for a quick coffee and vegan meal. One of the few places at ICN which have vegan dishes, they have a tofu and sweet potato option as well as a falafel option which was delicious!
