This coffee shop usually offers around 2 vegan pastries, and has soy milk for coffee (though may charge extra). Very strong coffee. The sandwich menu is not vegan-friendly. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.

Yums 😋 - Edit
I really loved the vegan savory croissant with cashew cheese and tomatoes. It was fantastic. Also had an oat milk Mexican Mocha. Super spicy and delicious. 😋

Best Croissant of my Life - Edit
Granted, I rarely get to eat croissants, but the vegan almond ones at this place are not to be missed. So good. Please, treat yourself to this or one of their numerous other pastries.

Great Variety - Edit
If you’re not close to Fox & Fig & are by River Street, this is a great place to stop for coffee & a pastry. When I went this morning there were several vegan options: energy bites, lemon cake, cinnamon buns, cookies, brownies, and muffins.

Amazing, soy latte! - Edit
We had the soy latte, and the almond croissant, both were delicious. On our last visit, we had the almond butter cookie, found it to be a little too buttery for our taste. But highly recommend this establishment.

SO GOOD - Edit
They have lots of vegan options for baked goods, as well as regular options for non- vegans. My friends and I each loved everything we got. They have alternative milks for coffees and other lattes. I got the iced matcha latte with almond milk and a slice of a vegan lemon loaf and loved it. My friends got paninis and loved their food too. Awesome and cool environment as well!

Good vegan snacks, bad coffee - Edit
They often have vegan energy bites, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc., which are always good, but their coffee is weak, watery, and bland. Which sucks because the vibe is on point and the employees rock.

Good coffee and good vegan pastries - Edit
I drink my coffee black so I thought the coffee was good. I also got a vegan brownie and vegan cinnamon roll with my order. They were both delicious, especially the brownie. They also offered vegan blueberry muffins, vegan chocolate chip cookies, and vegan cookie dough brownies.

Vegan Cinnamon rom for the win! - Edit
So great! Me and my family (all non-vegan) were looking for a place to stop and get a cold drink so we stopped in. I got a cold brew (really great cold brew for coffee lovers out there) and a vegan cinnamon roll. After getting up to get my families drinks I came back to find my family had eaten all of my cinnamon roll! And they aren’t usually fans of vegan foods! Great place to introduce people you love to vegan options while getting some dang good coffee.

I wanted to like this place.... - Edit
I went here on a recommendation from a friend and REALLY wanted to like this place. I got a hot latte made with soy milk, and my spouse got a plain black coffee. His was OK, nothing special. Mine literally tasted like warm soy milk - couldn't taste the coffee at all. We were there for NYE weekend and got the coffees and left - we were a good ways down the road before I tried it and I didnt want to talk back. So I'm hoping it was a one time mistake, maybe they would have re-made it if I complained.

Nice that they had pastries - Edit
Nothing too special, but it was nice that they had vegan brownies and a cookie choice that were vegan. I got a latte with soy and it was pretty good. Stop in if you are in that area anyway. We had to park a few blocks away and I wouldn't have bothered if we weren't already planning on shopping in a few stores nearby.

Nice little joint to take a break. - Edit
This is my second stop here and have had great service both times. I've only stopped in for a quick coffee and to relax from walking with an ice tea. They have a few vegan desserts readily available; cookies, brownies, etc. But I didn't see the pastries, may have overlooked them. I'm sure I'll stop in next time I'm in town.

Vegan pastries - Edit
We got a soy latte, vegan brownie and vegan cookie. Their sandwich menu is not vegan, but we were just there for an afternoon snack and it was just right for what we needed. There is a Starbucks down the street, but as of March 2013, as you probably know, they have steadfastly refused to provide any vegan pastries, so we appreciated that Coffee Fox had vegan pastries for us.
