Convenient for busy travellers - Edit
I got delayed in Nürnberg and was disappointed not to have time to go to Tante Käthes, so as a very hungry vegan I was very glad to see that Coffee Fellows now have vegan options. There is a choice of plain, falafel, and aubergine bagels, for which a choice of about 8 types of bread is offered. There's also soy milk and a salad. I've only tried the falafel bagel, with sesame seed bread, which was fresh, flavourful and filling, and although I'm tempted to complain about the price, for a train station it's not that bad - 4.90 Euros. It's a shame there isn't a fully veg*n place in the station, but this is a good option for emergencies and those in a rush.

In contrast to most other branches of this chain, this one has numerous vegan options, including non-avocado bagels, "Stullen", the usual apple cake and vegan "Magnum Almond" ice cream. Conveniently located in the middle of the central train station. Around thirty seats outside and thirty inside. Friendly staff.

this place is very vegan friendly, starting from the fact that they don't charge more if you choos plant milk. Plenty of vegan options both savoury and sweet, like my Bircher muesli, which was quite tasteful.

Good vegan options with cozy seating area - Edit
Especially if you have to kill some time at the train station, I'd recommend going here. Sure, it's a chain, but it has several decent vegan options (I had the vegan shawarma bagel, very tasty!), both savory and sweet, smoothies and coffee with plant milk. The area inside the cafe is as cozy as a place at a train station can be, with comfy couches and not too hectic atmosphere.

Zudem gönnten wir uns einen veganen Apfelkuchen und probierten die veganen Wraps. Alles schmeckte sehr lecker - lediglich der Chai Latte schmeckte etwas wässrig.

Es gab leider kaum vegane Auswahl. Ein Brot mit Avocado und ein Bagel mit Avocado. Geschmacklich war es okay. Relativ teuer aber ist auch im Hauptbahnhof.

2 vegan bagel options. - Edit
This coffee place situated inside the main station in Nuremberg sells a few vegan options. I tried both vegan bagels and there were really tasty. I also had the vegan chocolate brownie which was amazing. They also have soya milk available if you just want to have a coffee or a cup of tea.
