Why not google word vegan? - Edit
The same is true for so many places in Montenegro. They label their dishes vegan without knowing what vegan means. There is milk protein in their vegan cakes and the staff isn't much helpful when asked about vegan options...

Delicious cake for amazing price - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options, but the vegan cakes available are incredible! Very layered taste, soft and fulfilling. If you order coffee you also get a small cake with that, which is not vegan. Off course you are not obliged to eat that. If you order juice, they still serve with plastic straws... My boyfriend and I both drank 2 coffees and got 1 piece of cake each and we paid only 10 euros! Also, this place is not yet to be found on Google Maps but the adress is correct.
