I thought I would find some nice vegan lunch.. unfortunately they only had 1 pre wrapped bagel and 2 half wrap vegan options. Both looked like they were made 2 days ago. I didn't order. For 5e I rather buy a vegan sandwich at the supermarket... the waitress didn't speak English. Only german and italian

Great vegan breakfast in cosy location. We had soy matcha latte, a hazelnut filled pastry, and homemade berry tart. Highly recommended.

We went to have a hot vegan drink and something sweet but unfortunately when we arrived there were no vegan options left for the food. The drinks made with soya milk were very good though.

Lovely little café with vegan options ☕️ - Edit
Coffee Bean is a cute little café with a nice warm atmosphere in Bolzano. As a vegan, I have been struggling to find cafés with vegan options here, so I was more than happy when I discovered Coffe Bean! Their vegan option are yummy and tasty and I especially love their matcha chai latte with rice milk! I will definitely come more often!

Yes, it's both! Go there if you want to avoid the typical tourist traps in abundance in the center. They make great soy cappuccino and if you get there early enough, you can get vegan dolci (croissants and other sweet delights.) They have other vegan options as well as wonderful smoothies!
