Nice little coffee shop - Edit
The coffee shop offers a small collection of vegan cakes and even one vegan pie.
Read moreThe day we went there the vegan cakes where out of stock.
There is a tiny supermarket which offers some vegetables and fruits and very basic grocery items.
The staff was super friendly. Only EC was accepted, no credit card.

Best vegan options in town - Edit
The nectarine pie (2,90€) and vegetable soup (4,90€) were really good and reasonably priced. The spinach tart was tasty as well but a bit overpriced for it's size. Inside the café is an organic market with lots of vegan products (spreads, plant milk) as well as a freezer with vegan ice lollies by a small company from Berlin. There's also two vegan options for ice cream scoops (mango, coconut blueberry). Overall, it's a really cute place and refuge for good food in a touristically conservative town.

Vegan options in a vegan nowhere land - Edit
I‘d found the shop via Google maps and just gave it a try without knowing if there will be any vegan option. When I arrived I was happy to find a vegan tart and vegan cookies. For your coffee you can order almond and/or oat milk. It’s no big menu but in an region where you can nearly find no vegan options at all it’s a silver lining and I was very grateful to have a good tasting lunch.
