Not much else to say, small cart selling coconut ice cream. And it’s very delicious! Just make sure to ask for no milk when you order, and get the peanut topping! Owner speaks good English, so it’s easy to convey no milk.
Read more$1.50 a portion, served in a coconut which is good for the environment! It is served with a plastic spoon, however.
