Vegan options

The Restaurant have a couple of vegan options. We asked and order with out egg and fishsauce. The sweet and sauer Tofu and the frief rice with Tofu was delicoius. The dessert with mango and coconutmilk was really Tasty. The Price was cheap. We payed 1000 baht for 2 people with drinks and dessert. All in all okay

Pros: Couple of vegan options , On the beach

Many vegan options

They have a separate vegan/vegetarian menu and as far as i can tell they dont put fish sauce if you ask for it. The pad thai I had wasn't the best one i had so far, seems that they put in tomatoe sauce which doesn't really fit well but all in all the food is ok.

Mango sticky rice is good, but nothing else is marked clearly as vegan

When asking about vegan options they were a bit lost and confused, but said they could make stuff with tofu. There was no separate vegan menu or at least I wasn’t given one.

I decided to just go with mango sticky rice which was yummyyyy! Also ordered some fresh fruits 🍉🍌🍎🍍

Had the same issue. And the tofu was very strange. Did not taste like tofu. So I didn’t eat it.

Highly recommend

I really liked this place. Didn’t take anything from the menu. Just ordered Pad Thai and Som Tum in vegan. They charged me 80 baht each, which I find is not too pricy for the location.

Staff was very friendly and the food plus mango fruit shake (70 baht) was very delicious and not too spicy.

Pros: Staff knows what vegan means, Nice view (sunset right at the beach), Very delicious and not too pricy

Tony is a gem

We ate there several times. It's a cute location next to the beach. Food was tasty and Tony fully understands vegan and gives recommendations. We had pineapple rice, Pad Thai, Papaya Salad and Mango sticky rice.

Pros: Vegan options, Tony

Cons: none

Existential doubts at the beach

The reviews scared me at first, but having nothing else to eat nearby I chose to trust on the vegan dishes (a section of the menu, not a different one) and try some tofu with veggies. Personally, after reading your comments, I'm doubting if I ate chicken broth by accident or it was veggie broth. Nevertheless, I suggest going there and explaining the concept of veganism to your waiter/waitress to avoid any future confusion and generate a demand for vegan dishes so they expand their options. The quality-price ratio is silly tho, be careful.

Pros: Nice view

Cons: Pricey, Small portions and bland food

Worst restaurant experience in Thailand

Owner (I think) was super unfriendly. When we asked for a menu he sighed, looked very unhappy, and gave us 1 menu (2 ppl).

We clearly ordered vegan food and pointed at the food on the vegan menu, and it still came out with egg and what tasted like oyster sauce. They tried to charge 50 for a ginger ale when the menu said 30.

No apologies or anything for the mistakes, just kind of grunting like we were a big pain to him.

When leaving he said “go back to sweden”.

I truly hope other people have better a experience but I was very disappointed. Too lazy to write reviews but I had to find an outlet for my frustration about how they treat their customers.

Cons: Very unfriendly

Vegan Menu still available

I was kind of shocked by some of the things I read about the place but as I grew a little bit desperate with the little vegetarian options (except pizza) in Kamala beach I tried the restaurant and it was quite good. The staff was friendly and the Thai food was good and lovely decorated.

Pros: Vegan Segment on menu, Vegan Choices are clearly marked

No separate vegan menu anymore

July 2019. Asked for vegan food in English and Thai , and the food came with egg. Waiter also “joked” that he would hang himself if he was vegan. There was no separate vegan menu anymore as previous reviews said, unfortunately. Just a few things that can be veganised , like stir fry vegetables and steamed rice.

Cons: Doesnt seem to have a vegan menu anymore.

Good dependable food.

Great location overlooking the beach (and sunset). Lively and popular with tourists. Most of the seating is outdoors.

The vegan options were clearly labelled and there were 7/8. They were relatively standard choices though (eg fried vegetables). The stir fried tofu was good. The ‘spicy mixed vegetables’ was more like a curry and very nice (isn’t too hot either).

Pros: Clearly labelled vegan options , Good location

Cons: Limited choice with obvious dishes

Delicious food and large serves

Beach side, really calm and relaxing atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. Food is delicious and menu has a vegan meals page. Would highly recommend, only downside was it was a little pricy (100-180baht per dish).

Pros: Lots of vegan options or easily made vegan, Friendly staff and easy to find , Large meals

Cons: Alittle on the expensive side.

On Kamala Beach

This restaurant has an ocean facing view on Kamala Beach. They have a nice selection of vegan options w/ appetizers and mains. A couple of their mains were hit or miss in my opinon, but their cashew nut stir fry was good along with their spring rolls. It's nice to have a labeled vegan menu in this area so you know there isn't any fish sauce being used.

Pros: Location

Nice Location

The food here was okay. Not the best Thai food you can get in Phuket but not terrible. Worth a try if you want a meal on the beach.

Pros: located on the beach
