Best option for vegan food in Tortuguero - Edit
Owner is nice and it's aware about vegan food.
Read moreHad some options, like sandwich wit vegan cheese and a sweet empanadas. Also some cookies and smoothies.

Best vegan food in town - Edit
This small coffeeshop saved my Tortoguero experience from a culinary point of view. Great Coffee, great pastry, great cookies and lovely staff. My first coffee tasted a lot like cows milk and when I brought it back she said that she had used the same „milk foaming thing“ (idk what you would call that) as for the last couple of drinks. Might watch out for that.
