Vegan bowl in tasty. Portion sizes vary. - Edit
The vegan burrito bowl is good, but I’ve been there 3 times and each time it seems like the bowl has less and less food in it. It’s tasty, but needs more crunch factor to it. If they could figure those two things out, then it would be higher rated.

Power fuel after hiking - Edit
They have vegan tacos and a vegan burrito that can be made into a bowl. The burrito was the perfect amount of deliciousness drizzled with chipotle crema.

Excellent Vegan Burritos - Edit
We ate here yesterday I loved it so much we had to come back again today. Vegan burritos were really good and filling too. My husband and I both couldn’t finish our meals in one sitting so it was nice to have a little leftovers for our hike. They were super fresh and delish. My toddler even loved it so the guy at the cart today made us a tiny little burrito with the side of beans and rice we got, which was really nice and accommodating. All of the crema‘s are vegan, so that was great because we tried a few sauces - my favs were the lime creama and green salsa but my hubs loved the Sriracha creama!
Read moreThe vegan things on the menu are clearly marked and we were able to order straight off of their main menu rather than eliminating and adding things like a typical non-vegan place. The only thing to note is that if you get a side of beans and rice please specify that you want the vegan version because there are both options. Obviously vegan burritos come with vegan beans and rice but if you get just a side you need to make it clear.
This is a food truck with lots of outdoor seating shared between them and another cart or two. Overall great little vegan-friendly spot in Sisters.
Pros: All creama/salsa sauces were vegan, Menu clearly labeled, Several vegan options

Post-activity nourishment - Edit
Adequate pinto bean-based vegan taco to hold you over after a long bike ride or hike around Sisters. Ask about the crema, not sure if it was vegan...
Read moreAs of posting, Coco Loco was the only food cart attached to the Eurosports bike shop which offers a single vegan option. Eurosports has great outdoor seating and a decent selection of rotating beers and ciders on tap.
Pros: Big portions, Outdoor seating
Cons: Limited options, Kinda basic

Thanks for the comment! What could we do to improve the 3 stars? All our cremas are vegan. We also have very big vegan burritos for the heartier appetite.
