Good in a pinch

Not a lot of vegan options (and not all shops have vegan options) but it’s useful in a pinch when you want a late lunch but all the local spots are closed.

Ask for the veggie curry. Vegan options include the eggplant, “vegetables” (carrots. green beans, and potatoes), and spinach. Some stores can also do the cauliflower rice. Just be sure to ask.

I had the veggie curry with spinach and double vegetables. It was delicious and filling but if you can go to local places instead of chains, I highly recommend it.

Pros: good when you need something quick, fast service

Cons: not many vegan options , not all stores have the vegan options
