I went there today. I asked The host if there are any vegan options and he said no. But right nextdoor is Da Nang Corner which has a vegan menu... so I went there.

I tried contacting whoever published this description because the information provided is not correct, but it has been a couple of weeks and nobody's changed anything. so beware: THERE ARE NO VEGAN OPTIONS!
Read moreThe only fried veggie option, which is the vegetable croquette (or fries if you consider them one) , is fried in the same fryer as all the meats.
The only actual vegan option at this restaurant is the plain or corn salad. But the thing is, the sesame dressing that comes with the salads DO have animal derived products. so if you really want to eat a plain salad with no dressing then be my guest.
The curry IS vegetarian not NOT VEGAN. The only other curry served at this restaurant is the KEEMA CURRY which is NOT VEGETARIAN NOR VEGAN (it has ground chicken). There is also no "vegetarian menu" that you can ask for, all veggie options are listed on the same one menu. There's only two choices of curry, one being vegetarian and the other being keema.

The San Diego location did not have vegan curry. They do have vegetarian options. I ended up eating a plain salad and fries. 😢

Authentic Japanese curry - Edit
Very authentic Japanese curry joint. Part of a famous global chain. Excellent variety in the menu. Several options for vegetarians. I had the tomato and spinach curry. They can do different spice levels. Excellent taste.

Vegan japanese curry - Edit
If you like Japanese curry, this is definitely the place to go. The vegetable curry is very good and you can adjust the spice level to your liking.
