Yum, filling and decent price - Edit
The dish was tasty and filling, and you have a few options to pick like spice level and size which is nice. It would be nice to have a protein option, like some tofu or mock meat but it was still a filling dish. Make sure you order the vegetarian base, as if you mistakenly order the vegetable curry it comes with bits of meat.

The staff we had were very friendly and provided a good laugh.

We went to the one near Kyoto station. I ordered the cheese curry which should have been vegetarian, but there were meat pieces in the sauce! I don’t know about the other curries but I would recommend checking on the sauce

Ordered a spinach curry, and found peices of pork in it. They apologise and didn't charge, but still left me hungry as nothing is working anymore. First time I was here it was ok.

Lovely meal and staff - Edit
This is the first time going to the chain. The staff are nice. We went around 8:20pm and waited about 10 minutes. Loads of toppings and they accept card. English menu, vegetarian menu too. You can’t modify the vegetarian sauce heat.

Curry me happy! - Edit
This fun place was just what we needed. We got the vegetable curry, regular spice and regular size serving of rice. It was more than I could eat but my partner took care of that problem. The curry was thick, flavorful and sweet. I’m sure I don’t want to know how much sugar was added. I got a green salad which was very fresh. My partner got the potato salad and enjoyed that. The curry was labeled vegetarian and said there were no animal products added so I imagine that means vegan. The online menu had a great allergens list for all items. We waited less than 10 minutes for a table on a Friday night in cherry blossom season. We did not need a reservation.

This is wrong. In the allergy list, it says that it's a possible cross contamination. The vegetable curries are vegan. I also asked the staff and they confirmed it.

Take out for dinner. Ordered Veg curry with vegetables off the Menu. Order came with rice. Loved the ease of ordering and the food was of desired spiciness and very tasty.

I like CoCo Ichibanya in general because they have many vegan options to choose from. I had the veggie curry with mushrooms and a soy meat hamburger and it was great.

There were only a limited amount of vegan options. But they have a currybase which is vegan, and then you can add your own toppings. I added vegetables and soy beef. It was very nice and filling.

Amazing Customized Curry Options - Edit
Everything can be customized and there are three main options (see image) that are by default vegan. Be aware there are many non-vegan and non-vegetarian options. You can increase/decrease the amount of rice, spice, and sweetness.
