Tried this restaurant because of the good reviews, however, didn’t enjoy my visit. There was no seperate vegetarian/vegan menu (at least in this location), just two vegetarian (‘vege’) options in the regular menu. I double checked with the staff if it was the vegetarian version, and they agreed. However, when served I got the curry with beef in it. I tried to ask the staff if it was the vegetarian version (quite a struggle with Google Translate 😅) but it turned out to be the one with meat. They served another curry after that which seemed to be the actual veggie one, but I wasn’t totally sure anymore and just ate the rice.

Popped in after noticing that it was over the road from my hotel. Went with carnivorous friends who knew about it by being wrestling fans. Easy to identify the vegan options via the veg menu. Quick service and tasty, satisfying food.

What a lovely surprise! Was in this neighbourhood by chance and saw this pop up on happy cow! Completely unassuming and unpretentious.. almost daggy looking but I liked the truck stop charm. Food was on point! I got the new soup curry.. sorry didn’t take a pic.. was starving 🤣 but it looked way better than them other two dishes on here. Super clear which dishes are veg (see pic) vegetables all cooked perfect and salad all fresh. Cheap as ya like. Super clean in there. Really couldn’t fault it. I’d say this would be Japanese fams ‘mom can’t be arsed cooking tonight!’ Mid week fave!
