D efinitely one of the best places in Miyazaki if you’re looking for fresh, healthy food! - Edit
After travelling around Japan for several weeks and eating out almost every day, this place was such a relief! Japanese food is amazing, but restaurant meals can often be quite oily or surprisingly sugary, so having a fresh, veggie-packed bowl felt incredibly good.
Read moreI had the Miyazaki Bowl with lots of vegetables, brown rice, lean chicken and an onsen egg. Super fresh, delicious and exactly what I was craving!
There were also vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, along with so many other interesting dishes I would have loved to try.
The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were super friendly, and I felt really comfortable there.
Definitely coming back next time I’m in Miyazaki. Highly recommended!

Vegan bowl is good - Edit
Unfortunately it’s the only vegan item in the menu other than juices and it’s average priced! It was really good and filling.

vegan option available - Edit
I ordered vegan bowl. It’s not something special but I liked it! And açai bowl can be vegan if u ask with no honey! Nice atmosphere and staff. Because of COVID 19 situation, they open only 11:00-15:00(last order 14:30) for a while.
