Queen of the Kitchen - Edit
Miss Lauren Marshall is not only an incredible chef, she's an amazing human being. Expert in plant based nutrition and culinary genius. She not only does cooking classes through Superstore and Liquid Gold in Bedford, she teaches private classes and caters dinner parties. As well she plans healthy retreats and so much more. She makes some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten and I simply love her recipes. I have great admiration for Lauren and she's become a very good friend to me.
