Decent amount of vegan options - Edit
We ordered pick up and it was easy to mark items as vegan. I got the 2 Dos Tacos with the side of bean (no rice). As someone from Texas, the food itself was… fine.
Read moreBeans taste like they just dumped them out of the can and heated them up. Because we ordered pick up, the tacos ended up soggy, even when ordering the sauce on the side.

After visiting the tulip fields, we really wanted to eat here, but had not made a reservation and they were very busy. However, I guess we were lucky because they seated us immediately at the only open table. Our server was friendly, unrushed, and very helpful.
Read moreWe got the burrito with Mole and split it between two people (it’s huge). The Mole sauce was exceptionally good, as were their chips and salsa. My boyfriend is very picky about all of those things, and we were frankly a little shocked at how perfect everything tasted.
Another member of our group got the mango margarita and said it was fabulous, rimmed with Tajin. The guacamole had nice big chunks of avocado and was also delightful.

No separate menu or designations on the menu for veg food, however our server was very knowledgeable. She said everything could be modified so make sure to mention when ordering. No veg rice, beans were great though. And the burrito loco is seriously huge.

Lots of Vegan options with great margaritas - Edit
Went on multiple nights and waited about 15 for a table both times. Should have made a reservation. Servers were helpful and had a option to make most dishes Vegan on their ordering app. Burrito loco has a full flavored mole on top. The atmosphere was lively with some outdoor seating.
