Good food, brutal service - Edit
The food is delicious and the prices are fair. My problem with Co Jak Co is that usually there is only one (maybe two) people working and they are expected to be the cashier, drink maker and cook. This results in wait times that are just ridiculous. It is part of a larger problem in Poland in general where businesses try to cheap out on the service, expecting people won’t mind spending hours in a line up. But here it is especially bad. It’s not the fault of the people working here, as they go as fast as they can.

Vegan shakshuka I only recommend with tempeh, don’t accept the tofu one because it’s simple raw tofu (unless you like it this way of course).

Wybór dań dla wegan jest bardzo szeroki, zamówiłam Shake proteinowy, przyjaciółka zamówiła dania z oferty nie-wegańskiej: racuchy i koktajl wiśniowy
koktajle dostałyśmy dopiero po około 40 minutach
na racuch musiała moja przyjaciółka jeszcze dłużej czekać, jak nas poinformowano przygotowanie ich tyle trwa, zakładam że ciasto drożdżowe na racuchy nie było wcześniej przygotowane
koktajl proteinowy (wegański) był bardzo ciepły, a na dworze było jakieś 30 stopni, za to shake przyjaciółki był bardzo zimny
na dodatek mój shake kosztował 18 zł, a rozmiar na pewno nie był adekwatny do ceny
za to w racuchach przyjaciółka znalazła włos
miło by było gdyby obsługa poinformowała że czas oczekiwania będzie dłuższy

Potwierdzam, też ostatnio czekałem 40 minut. Aż musiałem już iść do pracy i nie zdążyłem dostać. Na szczęście dostałem zwrot i przeprosiny chociaż, ale no było widać, że zespół zmęczony.

I whent here to days in a row for breakfast. The firs day was afcurse for the scrambled tofu - loved it, so many flavors complementing each other and big porsjon.

A very big vegan breakfast - Edit
I ordered the garlic scrambled tofu. It took a little while to arrive but we were enjoying the cute little garden. The matcha soy latte was very foamy and delicious. Even better than I expected. When the scrambled tofu arrived, I was surprised by the portion size. It was very good but I didn't manage to finish it all.

Scrumptious scramble and luscious lemonade - Edit
Came to co Jak co this morning for breakfast, it certainly didn't disappoint! I had the tofu scramble which was well seasoned and came with a salad, pesto and two spices of bread. The portion was decent, but I think it could potentially be too big for some people!

Ultimately my rating is 4/5 mainly because the vegan versions of menu items cost more than the "default" versions. The price difference isn't much (2-3 zł generally) but it's a little disappointing to see this. Hopefully this place will be 100% vegan in the future!

Man that burger was so big, I could't even finish it. Luckily it was possible to bring the rest of the burger home. Nice staff and cozy atmosphere.

Coziest place in Poznan - Edit
Was looking all over for a restaurant that would be like this - cozy. Most of the other places seemed very sterile and boring. This was a bunch of furniture thrown together and a small place outside. Perfect. First of I tried their burger which was of the size where you can't eat it with your hands and need to use a fork and knife. Sadly they only had falafel burgers, but you can't have everything I guess. The rest of the burger was so good that it actually didn't matter. Next up I tried the scrambled tofu which was even better. Very rich in taste and nice combinations. Even though the burger made me come back to this place the second day, this scrambled tofu will make me come back next time I visit Poznan. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well. Very good at English. Music at a perfect volume. Top score all around.

Co Jak Co's vegan scrambled eggs is my favourite and ab=vailable all day. They also have a courtyard, as does Geranium.

Super vegetarian place with plenty of vegan twists. The strawberry and chocolate crumble was absolutely phenomenal. Whilst I was tucking into the crumble I saw someone get one of their amazing vegan tower burgers served on a charcoal bun. We paid 29 PLN for two Americanos and a crumble to share. They also do a sandwich and hot drink deal for 12 PLN. What? That’s What!!
