Small - not much variety, but what they have is good
Pros: veg-friendly, close to downtown
Cons: small, don't expect a Whole Foods!, not the best place for produce

I used to live right down the street from this place and it was the first organic grocery store in Columbia. they stock just about everything and have a great refrigerated/frozen selection, in addition to bath items, as well.
