Excellent Vegan Spot for Breakfast, Brunch, and Snacks in Paraty - Edit
Clorofila Vegano is a lovely little find and the only fully vegan establishment we came across in Paraty. It’s a small venue with brilliant service and excellent value for money. The owner, Olena, is tremendously friendly and welcoming. Her unique dehydrated snacks and biscuits are not only delicious but also very practical for travellers looking for quality sustenance on the go. We were particularly impressed with the gazpacho, which was blended fresh to order and is quite simply the best we've ever tasted. The cocoa-based mousse was also delightful. For anyone seeking healthy, flavourful vegan options—from smoothies to sweet treats like the noted vegan Ukrainian chocolate dip—this is a must-visit.

This place stocks lot’s of dehydrated fruits and combination, everything else is made fresh there and then. Gazpacho in a blender right in front of my eyes, which was thoroughly delicious and very refreshing. It was the perfect place to stock up on snacks for the 24 hour bus ride ahead
