Cookery Workshop - Edit
I attended a cookery workshop at Clonskeagh Castle in April 2014. The recipes were all wonderful -- none of your vegan fast-food here! Frank, the chef, was patient and calm and friendly. He was full of advise on vegan lifestyle and health issues. He helped me personally with my knife technique.
At the end of a long day's cooking, we feasted on our own creations in the garden. A great day.
Pros: Wholesome food., Great recipes provided to take away., Sage advise.
Cons: Good value, but some might not agree.
