Absolute GEM

This Caldwell market is unique. They have an amazing gluten free bakery that family brought us bags of bread from for years.....all the way to Bend, Oregon! Nobody makes better gluten free bakery items. Just nobody.

The store stocks non-GMO, carefully selected local produce and commodities, lots of organic and low-spray fruits and vegetables, spices that are fresh, fresh, fresh, beans and rice that are hard to find anywhere else and for reasonable prices, gluten free components and baking ingredients, local fruit products including apple cider vinegar with the mother that is better than Braggs and much more reasonable. Unlike other stores of this kind, prices are fair, quality is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and it is just a great place all around!

Pros: Organic and non-GMO is a priority, Huge selection of what is healthy., Amazing gluten-free bakery on-site.

Cons: Caldwell is far for some people, but so worth it!, They do sell free range, grass fed animal products
