Great Vegan Options - Edit
They have quite a few vegan protein options including two types of vegan chicken, beyond burgers, and black bean burgers. There are also lots of vegetable options to add. They have vegan frozen meals ready to be picked up too. Overall this is a great stop for a healthy vegan option.

Ate there a few times while visiting in Florence. Large selection of vegetables to add to bowls, wraps, salads, etc. They also serve tofu and Beyond Burgers. Food is cooked fresh to order. They have fruit-infused water which is a nice touch. There are vegan dessert items. Will definitely go back again.
