Not good, small portions - Edit
Paid around ten dollars for a cold wrap with a few zucchini pieces in it and soggy sweet potato fries. Not worth it.

Not very ‘clean’ for vegans - Edit
Very meat focused and caters to the paleo/keto crowd. All the grab and go items and menu is very heavy meat focus. Some cafe menu items can be made vegan, but be aware and check the website nutritional guide as staff don’t know and there is hidden dairy, and egg in items. All sweets are dairy free but sweetened with honey.
