One vegan option - Edit
Took an adventure to Coronado island and looked for places to eat. Many military personnel were ordering and eating, and so it seems to be oriented for them. However, there was a bean and cheese burrito listed as vegan. The staff was unable to say if there was lard in the beans or if the cheese was vegan.

Read moreThe veggie burrito doesn’t mean it has any kind of vegetables in it, but rather that it has no meat in it. The beans have lard, the rice has chicken broth. Total failure.

They use an online ordering system to assist with take-out and curb-side orders. Or, you can walk up to the window and wait. Easy to customize vegetarian options to be vegan. Salsa is to die for...
