A la carte as well as buffet. Mostly Laotian, Thai, and Chinese food. Some items are spicy. One dish with rice costs around 60 baht. Free water on the tables. Maybe affiliated with Vegie Hut vegetarian restaurant in Vientiane, Lao. Directions: coming from Anamai, walk down a few metres and veer right into a side-soi, then it's right near the corner (large yellow signs in English and Thai provide directions from the Soi Anamai 23 street sign). Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-7:00pm.

Good and cheap - Edit
Not a huge selection but good.
Heading away from town, it's on a soi off the right side of Sri Chant Road aka Hwy 209 about halfway down the soi.
