Great vegan friendly place in Riverside - Edit
This is where I go if I need random ingredients(like nutritional yeast). The only down side is it can be a little pricey.

Clark's is great! - Edit
They stock vegan fat free baked goods from Muffin Top Bakery down the street, so if Muffin Top is out of vegan bear claws you can find them here, which is what brought me to this Clarks. The store is laid out a bit weird, but that is owing to the theater it seems to have occupied. I am a big Clarks fan and always stop at their Loma Linda and Palm Dessert location, this was my first time at Riverside.
Pros: Muffin Top Bakery products

great place for grocery items - Edit
This is a great place to buy groceries. They stock real good quality dairy. They have a lot of products other grocers don't stock. The price is average.
Pros: good selection

Neat little place - Edit
Love the place. I used to go there to pick up vegetarian substitutes like soy yogurts, worcester sauce, cheese sub (they carry Follow Your Heart and Anne's Mac and Cheeze) and Silk creamers. It's a very tiny place and half of it stuffed with vitamins and supplement pills. They have very small amount of produce available. If you want to just pick up some vegetarian or healthy alternatives to things on your way home, this is your place.

Only one vegan option, but it was good. - Edit
Clark's Nutritional Center has a deli with a handful of tables. I only found one vegan meal, a vegetarian sandwich with a variety of vegetables, vegan soy cheese, and veganaise on toasted bread. It was a tasty sandwich, but I was disappointed in the lack of vegan options. I also asked them to veganize their strawberry banana smoothie: oat milk base, no yogurt or honey, but what I got was something rather tasteless. At least they use organic fruit in the smoothie.
Pros: Tasty veggie sandwich, Organic fruit in smoothie
Cons: Only one vegan option, Paid parking only

danakscully64 22 Feb 2013 - You don't have to pay for parking anymore. If you park in the back, run inside and grab a little parking ticket (the lady sits to the left of the entrance), put it in the red box, and you're set for an hour. :)
