Good vibes, honest staff

Ordered the bean burger. Kitchen staff informed me that the bun the bun had dairy. They said there were no other bin options. I had it without and ordered sw. Pot fries. Nice staff, good beer choices and great vibe and music.

Pros: A few options that may have been workable., Atmosphere, Staff

Cons: No definite labeled vegan options., Felt hurried, *

Vegan Pizza Option in Cadillac

Clam Lake is a rustic, bohemian chic brewery in downtown Cadillac, MI. In this small town, it is nice to have a restaurant like Clam Lake Beer Co.

You can customize a pizza to make it vegan (with no cheese) by placing a ton of veggies on it. It is not the greatest pizza, but it is a full, filling meal - something that is difficult to find with a plant-based diet in a small Michigan town. Also, they brew their own beer and have a lot of options on tap.

Check it out if you are in town and looking for a vegan lunch.

Pros: Can make vegan options, Rustic atmosphere , Craft beer

Cons: Not Entirely vegan

Accommodating but limited

I loved that the staff was accommodating at answering questions and asking the chef. Menu is limited as to what you can get. We had tots without cheese. Entree was a black bean burger sub bun for ciabatta and a avocado salad without cheese and sub balsamic dressing. The chef also said they could sub mushrooms in the ahi tuna bowl which might be really good. Last year, we did the veggie pizza without cheese and that was ok too. Great beer list if you want to have a beer and watch the game.

Cons: Nothing on the menu marked vegan, Limited options
