Very good!

Great food, staff and there are actual options! It’s nice to be able to go somewhere with my not vegan boyfriend and we both get to eat good food.

Pros: Beet and bean burger is fabulous , Several options

Cons: Closed Mondays

Great food and Customer Service

My husband took me here for lunch/brunch on my birthday. I had the banana foster French toast and the squash rings. Omg they were amazing. The drinks were phenomenal as well. The bartender and the hostess (pretty sure she was the owner) were both very knowledgeable of the menu and helped guide us to our food choices! If I didn’t live so far away, I’d be there almost weekly!

Pros: Many vegan options, Great drinks, Amazing customer service

Cons: Higher prices (amazing quality so not really con), Too far from my home 😊

Good drinks, good food, good staff, good vibes

Visiting Civil Libation every time we're in town has become something of a tradition for me, my wife, my brother, and my sister in law. We initially checked it out because it's next door to Regal Strawbridge and had some vegan options. As it turns out, they've got great drinks, great food (that me and my wife can enjoy as much as my omni brother and his wife), and a great staff. So we get dinner—the squash rings will blow your socks off—and some cocktails before going to see our movie.

Pros: Squash rings are killer, Great drinks, Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Small menu, so options are limited, Expensive (but not overpriced)

Not bad

Menu is well marked with a handful of V’s (which surprisingly is Vegan, not Vegetarian like most). Beet/bean burger was quite good but my husband’s order (real meat burger) was totally wrong and not anything to scream about according to him who usually is easily pleased. All and all it was nice, but nothing out of this world for either the vegan or the meat eater.

Pros: Couple V options on meat heavy menu

Cons: Mistaken order and lack of attempting to fix it

Fun atmosphere, great service

We had a great dinner here with a mixed vegan/non-vegan group. The squash rings were great and our server confirmed the chipotle dipping sauce was vegan. In fact, she went out of her way to make sure all of our meals were correct and in fact vegan. I had the modified Forbidden Rice bowl with veggie fritters to substitute the salmon and loved it. Will go again!

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options , Non vegan options can be made vegan, Lively atmosphere

Cons: Would like to see a few more vegan options

Chic Eatery

American style eats. Lots of opportunities to modify meals to be vegan. Everything was very rich and tasty. You won’t leave hungry.

Pros: Vegan, Vegetarian

Cons: Fried (not crispy) Butternut Squash Rings

You have to eat here

Great food, great atmosphere and great service. U love how they incorporate the vegan dishes I to the menu, rather than keeping them separate. Their food is creative, whole food that is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Whole vegan foods made from scratch

Cons: A little pricey

Multiple Vegan Options

Great boutique restaurant with multiple vegan options to choose from. Started with the vegan mac & cheese appetizer. It is served with chipotle straws; very tasty. I had the BBQ pulled jackfruit. Really good, one of the best I have had. Generous portions; I was able to bring half home with me. They even have a vegan dessert which I took to go. Creative drink menu, great atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recommend Civil Libations!

Yummy options

We went to the movies before eating and was super happy to find out they had many options right next door. The jackfruit sandwich with fries are delicious. Ask what all is vegan and they will break down all 6 options😄

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Good variety, Close to home

Vegan option restaurant

I tried their Vegan Mac & Cheese as well as the Kale burger. Neither wowed me but they were decent.
I would go back to try the BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich. The restaurant itself is beautiful.

Vegan friendly!

My husband and I had the Mac & Takis, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, and the Kale & Crimini Burger - all were delicious! Our waiter was so kind and brought us a delicious vegan chocolate “nice” cream to try that wasn’t even on their menu! Great experience, we will return! I would give 5 stars if Happy Cow would let me! 😊
