Locally operated and owned natural food store. Stocks organic vegetable, dried goods, bulk food, and household products. Makes an effort to sell products made locally i.e. fresh bread from local bakery, coffee from local roasters. Not all veg but does labeled vegan things and has a vegan refrigerator section with vegan mayo, vegan cheese, and non-dairy yogurt. Usually hosts a small farmers market on Sunday at 2pm. Parking is in dirt lot surrounded by chain link fence on adjacent street. CONFIRMED CLOSED, SEP 2016.

Small but Mighty!

Located next door to Radical Press coffee shop. Friendly employees. For a small store they have a very thorough selection. Organic fruits & veggies, microbrews, organic coffee beans with grinder, dry bulk bins, Amy's organic soups & frozen goods, Annie's brand, etc. Huge, welcoming outdoor seating area in back. Best of all - they are open Sundays! My only suggestion for improvement is they should serve fresh brewed coffee (& iced coffee) on Sundays when Radical Press coffee store next door is closed.

Love my co-op

The "small but mighty" review is right on! If you like whole foods and bulk bins this is your place. They bulk selection is awesome with grains, beans, flours, spices, coffee - the works. They focus on selling local and organic items. The produce is fresh, seasonal and mostly local. I love the ice cream bananas they sometimes have in stock. The freezer and "processed" grocery items can be a bit expensive. You will get a discount if you are a member and can even set up an account that you can just deduct from if you come shopping regularly.

Pros: Cooperatively owned store, Bulk bins, Local produce and products

Great Grocery Store for Vegans

Great little grocery store for vegans. They have fresh, local produce, a good bulk section, all kinds of frozen vegan delights, a good dry goods section, plenty of cruelty free cleaning supplies, and a small but impressive beer selection. Lots of the employees are vegan so they're very knowledgeable and helpful about their products. Only downside is this place can be pricey.

Pros: great vegan selection, good bulk section, cruelty free cleaning supplies

Cons: expensive
