The BEST Cauliflower (and I don’t like cauliflower)

I met a friend here for Happy Hour and tried the kung poa cauliflower since it was both gluten-free and vegan. It was AMAZING!!! It had a slight bite with a very tasty flavor. In fact, it was so good, I ordered a second one...lol. My friend also got the beet salad and said it was one of the best she’s had.
The waitress was kind, friendly, kept us up to date on when our order would be out, and was very attentive. The manager came to each table and welcomed every diner and introduced herself.
There were 2 police officers eating dinner and I wanted to pick up their check. The waitress told me that the restaurant already does and comps law enforcement. The food was amazing but this just put the restaurant on an entirely different level!!! THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT AT DISNEY SPRINGS!!!

Pros: Vegan options , Gluten-free options , Supports law enforcement

Cons: Only location is in Orlando, No tofu :(
