Wonderful local deli/cafe/grocery - Edit
I walk by often and love to pop in for snacks or random groceries for dinner. Their vegan turkey sub is super, super good. I feel like deli sandwiches are something you don't get to experience often as a vegan, and they really deliver here. They really only have 2 vegan sandwiches and a vegan scone, but they're all great (the scone is huge, fun to munch on while you're on a walk). My wife loves their coffee and I love their chai lattes.
Read moreMy only critique is that getting food can be a bit slow (expect to wait at least 10min), but it's worth it.

Decent options for a small cafe - Edit
Options are decent. They have a vegan berry muffin (my favorite) but they tend to run out of them pretty early in the day. They also do a vegan scone, but they often don’t have them both on offer. Sandwich is good, but just ask for the vegan bread! Have soy milk for coffees and lattes. Now have hummus for bagels. The plain bagel is vegan.. not sure about some of the other offerings.

A delightful experience - Edit
My friend and I were visiting Boston for the day, and I found this grocery/deli/cafe here on HappyCow. It was very easy to find, only about a thirty-second walk from the Stony Brook T-stop (orange line). Stepping into the deli, we were welcomed by four employees who were smiling and very pleasant. I ordered a Tofurky sandwich. When I asked if the multi-grain bread was vegan, the employee said that there was honey in it, but that I was more than welcome to replace the bread with my choice of a vegan-friendly bread (I took the baguette, which I highly recommend). I also took a Iced Americano. Much to my surprise, the iced coffee was made fresh before my eyes, from organic fair-trade beans. The sandwiches were also made fresh before our eyes and we were able to enjoy them in the local park just a small stroll from the deli. And if you are in the mood, you can buy some high-quality organic and local products from the grocery portion of the store. I highly recommend City Feed and Supply to anyone visiting Boston for the day.
