All-vegan breakfast, salads, drinks, and sandwiches in an interior courtyard flooded with natural light. Lighter vegan fare for breakfast and lunch such as coffee, juices, smoothies made with three types of plant milks (which are made on site), mixed cold drinks made from fresh ingredients, sweet and savory breakfast items including vegan ceviche, and a selection of salads. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-2:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:30am-2:00pm. Closed Sun.

Delicious food with lovely staff in a peaceful courtyard. We got chilaquiles, the al pastor wrap and the pozole. Everything was lovely, but the pozole was amazing!

We ordered the chilaquiles with soy meat and the pozoles. Both delicious. I’d been having vegan chilaquiles for a week almost every day and the ones at citronella were the best ones. The owner was cool and super nice. He gave us soy tacos to try which were very tasty. He also gave us a ton of tips for places to visit in Oaxaca. The space was beautiful and the prices were good. Very nice experience!

It's a cozy little cafe and the prices are pretty good although the portions rather small. They have many vegan alternatives to classic Mexican meat dishes such as al pastor and others.

Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. We came here twice during our time in Oaxaca. We had waffles, taquitos, a torta, and the memelitas. Some of the food is on the lighter side so the two of us got multiple dishes to split. Highly recommend.

We stumbled in on accident and it was the best thing we did. The food is so delicious and flavorful. The owner let us try some tacos along with our chilaquiles. He was very kind and gave us several great suggestions for things to do in the city

Went several times while staying in the city, the chilaquiles were incredible and so are the tortas. They make all the meats, cheeses and sauces in house. Carlos was very welcoming and informative about things to do in the area.

I was eager to try a vegan chilaquiles and this didn’t disappoint. It was tasty and flavoursome although it lacked a bit of extra spice! 🔥 Nonetheless, it was a great little brunch spot to kick off our first day in Oaxaca with a neighbourhood of colourful buildings! 😍
