Vegan and GF options + elegant decor - Edit
Good food! It's inside the Grand Floridian, but you don't need to be staying at that or any Disney resort. Anyone can make a reservation on the Disney app.

Waiters ("cast members") here are VERY knowledgeable about vegan and allergy-friendly food.
The Smoked Cauliflower side was a bit too salty for my taste, but had a wonderful, smoky flavor. And the visual presentation of all the food is stunning!
The Ancient Grains stew is automatically vegan, but normally comes with mixed grains (not GF). They made a special gluten-free version for me (not on the menu) with all quinoa instead of the grain mix. So good!!!
The Praline Coconut Tart might be the best vegan dessert on any Disney property.
If you're not staying at the resort, plan to come early or stay after your meal and walk around. Interior decor and outside flowers are awesome. Inside there is a live pianist!!! You can stay and listen as long as you want for free.
In the resort, there's also a soap and lotion store called BASIN, with many vegan options. The only other Basin store in all of Disney is at Disney Springs, and is always very crowded. The one here at the Grand Floridian is quiet, and staff are happy to answer all your questions.
Pros: Best vegan dessert at Disney, Staff go above and beyond for food allergies, Gorgeous decor
Cons: Smaller portions than at most Disney restaurants

Appetizers Over Main Course - Edit
The main entree vegan pasta here was delicious, but for my party, the appetizers and dessert were the stars of the show! Don’t skip on the arancini and the apple dessert… the almond flavor is delicious! The bread course in entirely vegan too.

Cítricos had some very unique vegan options! The house-made rigatoni was great and had an “egg yolk,” but the wild mushroom arancini stole the show! Even the non-plant based people loved these, we ordered multiple for the table to share. Cítricos is located inside the Grand Floridian and is inspired by Mary Poppins Returns. Everything here was beautiful!

I loved Citricos ! It’s beautiful!! The atmosphere is stunning ,all staff is excellent and very knowledgeable on food allergies. The vegan food was absolutely delicious !!! I received my own bread basket and butter. I started out with wild mushrooms arancini , for my main entree I had house made rigatoni and for desert I had the apple rose. Everything was chefs kiss ! I highly recommended eating here and make sure to make reservations. #Veganuary
