Pizza and pasta - Edit
Enjoyed that they had vegan cheese, though some vegan protein options would have been nice! I had a salad and the gnocchi and they were both delicious.

Delicious pizza - Edit
What a find! Delicious vegan pizza. Super friendly service. When we told the wait staff that we were after a vegan pizza, they basically said we can create our own, select toppings etc. The vegan mozzarella was amazing, very cheesy; melted well. The only criticism would be the amount of arugula on the pizza…was perfect otherwise! So thin and cheesy. I like that it didn’t have a thick crust or base. Gluten free option available also!

Pasta Amore - Edit
The line was out the door, but totally worth it. The vibe was fun in a beautiful, family style, open-air restaurant. We loved Giuseppe. The pasta dishes were on point. Pleasantly surprised that the salads had a hard vegan cheese. They have mozzarella for pizza.

Incredible - Edit
Amazing to find in downtown Florence a restaurant that gets and respects gluten free an vegan diets. And not just that - but delivers amazing tastes. we had the artichoke pie and 2 of their upscale pizzas and though it's a long time since I had regular pizza I can say this is perhaps the best pizza I ever had! Not even fair to compare with other gluten free and vegan pizzas I had because those don't come even close to this...

As Advertised - Edit
The food is great, lots of options for vegetarians, make sure to ask which items can be made vegan (with vegan mozzarella). This is a white table cloth kind of place but prices are moderate. Ask for olives while you wait for food, better than bread.

Best vegan pizza in Italy! - Edit
Everything on the menu gave you the option to have vegan cheese and also to use gluten free options. It has a beautiful seating area outside that felt very private and fans helped with the warmth! Came here with my meat eating, cheese consuming, global warming inducing boyfriend and it was a perfect combination for us, would highly recommend!

vegan and gluten-free options - Edit
I visited twice this restaurant and it was a pretty good experience. You can always ask for vegan mozzarella instead of the real one, but it ads 2,5€ to your check. It’s kinda pricey, if you ask me. Also keep in mind that at this restaurant there is a “coperto-fee”, meaning that every client at the table has to pay a 2€ tax for just being there. Weird, but it seems kinda common for italian restaurants.

Great pizza - Edit
Really busy restaurant that seemed to be popular with local families. If you're from the UK, I would liken it to Tony Macaroni or Zizzi. All the veggie options are clearly labelled but you have to spot the tiny note at the bottom of the menu that says there's vegan mozzarella available. However, when the food arrives, they confirm "vegan pizza", which puts your mind at ease! Tasty pizza with fresh ingredients, and the vegan cheese even melted! A good option if you're with meat eaters.

4 stars only because I can’t say 5. But their pesto and pizzas and desserts are amazing. Some are lactose and gluten free. Worth going if you’re in Florence

There was a lot of options, but the portions were REALLY small and it was super expensive for the size. No local goes there, I went because of the options but I regret it. It doesn’t taste like real Italian food. Very dissatisfied.

Food was good, everything else was horrible - Edit
First of all the food was good and did not dissapoint.
Read moreThe overall experience was awful. The first waiter was lying about the wine options and told that if we want to have white wine, we’d have to order a bottle, which wasn’t true.
Few of the waiters were clearly sick and were coughing all over with their masks off, even when pouring our drinks. They touched their noses and mouths and didn’t wash their hands before touching our plates and wine glasses. Few days later we were sick and we are pretty sure that’s where we got it. Vacation ruined.
The whole time the waiters were rushing us which made us feel unwelcome:
One waiter cleaned up our plates that we still had not finished without giving us the chance to tell him that we were not done eating our food. He grabbed the plate while asking if we were ready, and at that point it was not an option to tell that we were not.
Another waiter picked up our dessert plates and asked if we would like the check when we were still chewing with our mouths full.
One star for the food which was really good. The gnocchi had an amazing vegan cheese on top and the blueberry pie was super good too. Bummer that the service was awful, otherwise we would’ve loved to go there again.

Wonderful red sauce - Edit
One of the more savory and flavorful red sauces we have had on our honeymoon. My husband is vegan and I am not. Though he was very satisfied with his pasta. Considering he’s had to resort to pasta pomodoro at a lot of places, I was surprised he found it to be one of his favorites this trip. I am allergic to a lot of things and they were very willing to try and help me with this and made me a custom lentil pasta dish so I could get all the flavors I wanted added.

Best vegan pizza - Edit
Best vegan pizza we could find! Absolutely delicious. Staff are knowledgeable and will help with any recommendations, and they spoke English and Spanish. They can make almost every dish vegan. We tried a couple of pasta dishes but they weren’t anything special, so I’d recommend sticking to the pizzas.
