Rich, complex flavors

I wish I'd taken photos of the food but it smelled so good I dived in and before I knew it, the food was gone! I've eaten at many Indian restaurants in many places - this is one of the very best I've had. Flavors are rich and complex. The server was helpful when I said I was looking for vegan options. Will definitely be back.
